There is a Macau counterpart of the Venetian which Las Vegas also has. However this one is bigger. The noticeable part for the casinos is the bells used for the tables when playing Sic bo. Sic Bo is an old game and a crowd favorite among the people from Macau.
Macau became a center for offshoring finances. Macau's Monetary Authority regulates the businesses that were offshored there. The Macau government patterns their law for this industry on the idea of limiting the expenditures by creating a budget report. Macau is a region that is particularly administered which means they can control their own government. They don't get levied with taxes.
